Today we had a fun outing to Sweet Berry Farms in Marble Falls. We went strawberry picking!It was a small group of 3 moms, 5 kids under 4 yrs and my “mommy’s helper” who is 9. We packed a picnic lunch and had a fantastic time. Although Connor was skeptical at the breakfast table this morning. We had a conversation that went something like this:
Matt: Connor aren't you excited about going to the strawberry farm today?
Connor: Yes! And you are coming Daddy?
Matt: No, Daddy has to go to work.
Connor: (with teary eyes) But I want you to go...
Matt: I know but Mommy and Ms Kelly and Ms Jill are going. And Reagan and Chloe and Colton.
Connor: (now pretty upset) But I want someone with a beard!

Connor really enjoyed finding the bright red ones!
Cameron really suprised me with how well he could pick them off the the vines.
Connor and Reagan discovered the horses!
"Cheeeeeese!"
They had 2 horses on the farm that we fed strawberries to and got to pet.
Kyndal was a huge help!

We had our picnic lunch right before we headed back home.
We had to make a road side photo opp stop. Have you seen the bluebonnets out this year!? They are everywhere!
"But I want someone with a beard!" HAHAHA, too funny!!! Chloe was asking for Kyndal for the rest of the day.. she is such an awesome little girl! We'll have to plan another fun day.. Topsey, maybe?! :)
