Happy Easter!

Happy Easter! Today marks the day Jesus did what no other human has ever done - risen from the dead. He is alive today! I hope you have joy over that fact; I do.

Today was Connor's first Easter. His Mimi brought him a basket with eggs and new clothes over the weekend. After church we munched on snacks until the meal was ready around 3. I made our Easter meal (with Matt's help) for the first time. We enjoyed a roasted chicken with garlic, lemon & rosemary, steamed veggies, garlic mashed potatoes and ciabatta bread. Connor enjoyed my water bottle. (Watch the slide show, you'll see.) After the meal the sun was shining and it was beautiful so we loaded up the fam and went to the city park. Avery loved the outing. The poor dog is quite neglected these days. Anyhow, here are the pictures of the wonderful weekend.
